10-Day No-Reason Return Policy

After receiving your product (as confirmed by the tracking information), you have 10 days to decide if you’d like to request a return and refund. The item must be in resellable condition with all protective films intact. To start a return, please email us at [email protected] or contact customer service on WhatsApp. (The return period begins when you submit your request.)

Once we approve your return request, you’ll need to send the product back within 7 days. After we receive and sign for the returned item at our service address, we’ll inspect it and issue a full refund within 2-5 business days (excluding shipping and insurance costs).

Please note that we do not accept returns due to slight color variations, as product colors may appear differently in photos.

Only Unworn Condition

Returned items must be in new, unworn condition with all protective films attached and in original packaging. We do not accept returns if the product shows any signs of wear. If we detect minor wear but no damage, we may either reject the return and send the item back or negotiate a partial refund based on the level of wear.

Obtain Return Authorization

Before returning your item, please email [email protected] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code, which helps us identify your package at our warehouse. Returns sent without an RMA code will be returned to you, as we cannot process them without this code.

Product Inspection

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it for any signs of wear or damage. If the item is in original, unused condition, we’ll issue a full refund. However, if any issues affecting resale are detected, the item will either be sent back to you, or we may negotiate a partial refund based on the damage.

Track Your Return

Please use a reliable shipping method with a tracking number to allow us to monitor the return’s progress. Without tracking, we cannot locate or process your return. Additionally, if there are customs duties to be paid, you’ll be responsible for these fees (documentation will be provided).

Refund Processing

  • Credit Card Purchases: Refunds typically take 7-14 days to appear in your account after processing. If the refund has not appeared by the 10th day, please contact us at [email protected].
  • PayPal Purchases: Refunds are usually immediate. If you have not received the refund within 3 days, please reach out to us.
