Shipping Insurance and Liability
If you choose to purchase shipping insurance at checkout, you’ll be covered in the event that your package is not delivered (e.g., due to customs seizure or lost package). Once you provide the necessary proof, we will resend your entire order. You will only need to cover the shipping fee, while we will handle any customs duties or import charges.
If you do not purchase shipping insurance, we will not be responsible for any delivery issues once the package is dispatched and tracking information confirms it has been handed to the shipping provider and is en route to the provided address.
Shipping Insurance Cost: 8% of the total order value.
Responsibility for Accurate Address Information
It is your responsibility to provide the correct address details. To help reduce import tax, we mark all packages as “low-value gifts.”
Shipping Origin and Tracking
Most orders are shipped directly from our Hong Kong warehouse. A tracking number will be provided via WhatsApp or email and can be viewed on the order page of our website. Please note that tracking may take 1-2 days to update after clearing airport security.

Express Route (Recommended)
- Shipped via UPS/FedEx/DHL Express International.
- Delivery Time: 3-7 business days (note: UPS/FedEx/DHL do not deliver on weekends or holidays).
