East Pearl Time After-Sales Service Policy
East Pearl Time provides dedicated after-sales support for our products. If your product requires repair, you may contact our customer service team or bring it directly to our after-sales service location. You will be responsible for arranging the delivery and covering any associated shipping and repair costs.
Repair Coverage
1.1 For warranty repairs, please provide the original product details (showing purchase date and model) to verify eligibility for warranty service.
1.2 For repairs outside of warranty coverage, East Pearl Time may apply reasonable fees for repair and/or parts replacement. Damages caused by user error or intentional misuse will be assessed by our team to determine appropriate charges.
1.3 Standard repairs do not include polishing or replacement parts. If these services are needed, additional charges may apply.
Quotation
2.1 If the repair is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, East Pearl Time will provide a repair quote (inclusive of GST) via WhatsApp and/or email. The quote is valid for two weeks.
2.2 To proceed with the repair, please confirm acceptance of the quote via WhatsApp and/or email.
2.3 Full payment is required before the repaired product can be collected or shipped.
Product Collection
Once your product is ready, East Pearl Time will notify you via WhatsApp and/or email ("Collection Notice").
3.1 Please complete full payment for any inspection and/or repair services.
3.2 We will send photos or videos of the repaired product. Please confirm that you are satisfied with the repair before requesting collection or shipping. Once you approve, it will be assumed that you are fully satisfied with the product's condition.
International Shipping
4.1 If you reside outside of the country, East Pearl Time can arrange shipping to your preferred address upon request.
If you have opted for shipping insurance (please contact customer service for a quote) and do not receive your package (e.g., due to customs issues or a lost package), we will resend your order items once you provide the necessary documentation. You will only need to cover shipping fees; we will handle any customs or import charges.
If you did not purchase shipping insurance, you accept all delivery-related risks, and East Pearl Time will not be liable for any loss or damage during shipping.
When your product is ready for shipment, we will notify you via email ("Shipping Notice").
4.2 Warranty-covered repairs include free shipping to your specified address.
4.3 For out-of-warranty repairs, shipping fees to your preferred address will be your responsibility.
East Pearl Time is not liable for delivery failures, delays, or any damage due to events beyond our control (such as natural disasters).
Please note that any parts replaced during repairs will not be returned.
